1	Cancellation	Customers are not allowed to cancel their orders once orders have been made. Customer are not allowed to cancel their orders because of late delivery time

1	Product out of stock or no longer available	De Hantaran serves the right to take down the items available / mark items unavailable without any early notice. Should items become unavailable after order is placed, customers will be informed through email / call/ sms or any messaging app to conduct the refund / exchange with other items. If customers choose to change to other items, products less than the original value will be refunded, whereas if the product is higher than the original value, customers will have to pay for the extra value. Refund will be made via online transfer.
