| 1 | Time Delivery | - There will be two time slots for order delivery. The options are 9am to 12pm or 12pm to 6pm. Customer are only allowed to choose either one from these two options. There will be no specific time will be delivered for customers orders
- De Hantaran are not obliged to cater towards client's specific time for their delivery if any request should arise.

| 2 | Photo of product before delivery | - De Hantaran are not obliged to send any photos of their orders before delivery. Should De Hantaran send any photo towards customers for their orders. It should only serve as a courtesy to indicate the product will be delivering soon to clients.

| 3 | Photo of product after delivery | - De Hantaran are not obliged to send any photos of their orders after delivery.
- It is Lalamove's duty to show the evidence of the product being delivered towards the receiver.
